Fiber
These fiber lasers have unique properties, such as Electro-optical efficiencies up to over 30%, outstanding beam quality with M2 <1.1 in the single-mode fiber laser structure, M2 <1.2 in the double-clad fiber, a long service life (> 20,000 hours) and a compact, maintenance-free and non-sensitive structure.
CO2
In addition to solid-state lasers, this type of laser is one of the most powerful and most commonly used lasers in the industry. Here, a beam of infrared light with a wavelength in the bands of 9.4 and 10.6 µm is generated. CO2 lasers are efficient and cost-effective, which is why they are mainly used in industrial material processing.
